C3 – AERO (Aeronautical Composites Competence Center)
C3 – AERO will be founded with a focus on the manufacture of components and parts from composite materials that require the use of an autoclave, lamination in a “clean room” environment, and characterization of the components under laboratory conditions. We will install workshop and production infrastructure to support manufacturing and assembly activities.
The main mission of this joint venture is to manufacture parts from high-performance structural composite material for the aerospace industry using materials that require high temperature and pressure to be cured. The results are components with excellent mechanical properties with a low incidence of defects. Streamlined infrastructure and state-of-the-art control systems along with modern reliable automation will guarantee competitive pricing in relation to other existing companies whose larger infrastructures generate higher costs.
The new company will have a strategic partner in LHColus Tecnologia Ltda. This partnership will give C3 the competitive edge to provide "turnkey" solutions for its clients from conception to final delivery of the structural components together with approval of all certification processes from aviation authorities.
